200小時瑜伽導師文憑課程M

(一) 導言

隨著社會繁榮進步,市民對健康生活的質素需求亦相對提高,瑜伽運動可算是近年香港最流行的健體運動之一,很多美容院、社區團體、新型屋苑會所亦開設不同種類的瑜伽課程,導致瑜伽導師供不應求。為配合市場需求,培育這方面的人才,特設計以傳统瑜伽技術,配合最新之教學概念而成的『瑜伽導師文憑』課程予有興趣加入行業的人士。學員可先修讀本課程為自己增值,亦可加強入行的條件。
『瑜伽科學及動作技巧』是此課程選修科目之一,修讀時數包括理論與練習。課程分三個階段共200小時。

(二) 本科簡介

第一階段:( 教授瑜伽基礎知識)
1.瑜伽歷史及分類、瑜伽科學與運動之關係。
2.身體正確姿勢認識。
3. 正确呼吸法。
4.瑜伽動作及規範
本科學員將會接受正統的瑜伽導師訓練,為學員灌輸正确瑜伽動作教學技巧及瑜伽哲學知識。勤習瑜伽可加快新陳代謝,肌肉伸展訓練能使肌肉更有彈性。這種內剛外柔的運動增加了內臟器官的聯合效率;而練習平靜呼吸可令人精神放鬆,減少壓力。本科以講解理論、示範、練習形式上課,包括:1.呼吸法Pranayama、2. 冥想Meditatation、3. 體位法Asana、4.梵頌Chanting、5.手印Mudras、瑜伽能量(七脈輪Chakra、能量鎖Bandhas)等等,深入淺出探索瑜伽解剖及生理學,讓學員可從理論與實踐中掌握瑜伽理論動作技巧要訣。

(三) 本科宗旨

第二階段:( 提昇瑜伽教授知識)
1.瑜伽動作之變化規律。
2.各種瑜伽動作對身體之正面影響。
3.瑜伽動作技巧實用分析。
4.瑜伽之呼吸技巧教學技巧講解及評核方法。
5.各式姿勢動作之教學技巧講解及姿勢評核方法。
6.如何進行難度較高之瑜伽動作訓練。
7.課程編排的程式及原則、教案編寫。
8.學員示範及模擬教學。
為希望成為專業瑜伽導師之人士,提供專業培訓。
a.讓學員學習基本瑜伽學術與理論和動作技巧。
b.引發學員對健康生活的正確態度。
包括1.瑜伽哲學、瑜伽历史发展過程及文化背景、2.瑜伽經Yoga Sutras、3.博伽梵歌Bhagavad Gita、4.瑜伽潔淨法Kriya、及瑜伽修練的生活理念、5.瑜伽體位法Asana的建議及守則,讓學員有更多機會實習課程。

(四) 本科目標

第三階段: (教授技巧的掌握)
1.瑜伽科學運動及自律神經系統之關系。
2.如何進行難度較高層次瑜伽動作訓練。
3.體位法調整技術和安全。
4.瑜伽修行的生活理念和飲食習慣,和每日的靈修。
5.宗合訓練。
完成本科目,學員應能:
a.認識瑜伽動作之示範及指導技巧。
b.掌握如何安排安全及多變化的瑜伽動作技巧。
c.掌握如何提高與參加者的溝通技巧。認識難度更高及更多變化之瑜伽體位動作。
d.藉瑜伽學術相關理論基礎的認知及實際的運動參與,進而達到終生運動的習慣。
包括1. 昆佘琍瑜伽能量Kundalini Prana、2. 昆佘琍瑜伽结印法Shakti、3. 三脈七輪法的互相關系及運用,學員將更深入學習瑜伽體位法的技巧及更多機會参與實習及模擬教授課程。本科主要以講解理論、示範、練習形式授課,更可安排場地予學員練習,以便學員有充份時間練習,更能迅速提昇學員的認知和技巧。
學員可分開報讀一、二、三階段課程,必须從第一階段起選讀,然後第二階段及第三階段,完成三個階段的學員,可獲發200小時教練文憑證書。
(課程將以粵語主講,並附以中文為主,引用梵文名字的教學手册)。

開課日期 : 2018年4月14日開課。及2018年10月27日開課.
開課時間 : 逢星期六下午5時00分至7時30分.
學費連講義 : HK$23.800元
上課地點 : 九龍油麻地彌敦道545號安利大廈12樓全層。(油痳地地鐵站A1出口)
導師 : 由印度雪山派第三代門人羅秋瑜伽大師傳人方輝親自教授。(香港瑜伽教練總會)會長及總教練。(38年教學經驗)
學員出路 : 修畢整個課程後、教學評估优異之學員,按個別情况可安排到不同合作機構教課,或協助本會擔任助教或兼職教練。

Yoga Instructor Diploma (200 hours)

(1)Introduction

With the progress of our prosperous society, citizens’ quest for healthy lifestyle has increased accordingly. Yoga is one of the trendiest workouts in recent years. A wide range of yoga courses has mushroomed in beauty parlours, community organizations, club houses of luxurious residential estates, resulting in a shortage of yoga instructors. To cope with the demand for yoga instructors, YAHK has specifically tailor-made the Yoga Instructor Course to nurture a new breed of yoga instructors with both innovative and practical yoga teaching methods. Equipped with proper qualification, graduates are well prepared for becoming yoga instructors.
‘Yoga Science and Pose Techniques’ is one of the compulsory modules in the course which includes theories and practicum. The Yoga Instructor Diploma is composed of three levels, lasting for 200 hours in total.

(2)Teaching Content

Level 1 Basic Yoga Knowledge
1.The history and branches of yoga, the relationship between yoga science and sports
2.Correct body poses
3.Correct breathing techniques
4.Yoga poses and rules
Learners receive formal training as a yoga instructor through the instruction of yoga teaching techniques and philosophy. Frequent yoga practice facilitates metabolism while stretching enhances muscle flexibility. Such ‘iron-fist-in-the-velvet’ exercise improves the joint efficiency body organs. Normal respiration relaxes body and mind and reduces stress.
The modes of lesson include instruction, demonstration and practice covering:
1. Pranayama
2. Meditation
3. Asana
4. Chanting
5. Mudras
6. Chakra
7. Bandhas
It also introduces human anatomy and physiology to let learners acquire the essence of yoga poses through theory and practice.

Level 2 Further Yoga Knowledge

1.The principle of movement behind yoga poses
2.Benefits of yoga poses to our body
3.Analysis of yoga poses
4.Teaching methods of yoga breathing techniques and assessment methods
5.Teaching methods of yoga poses and assessment methods
6.Procedures of teaching advanced yoga poses
7.Principles of designing lesson plans and curriculum
8.Demonstration of learners and micro teachingThis level aims to nurture professional yoga instructors through:
a. acquiring basic yoga theory and techniques of doing yoga poses
b. inspiring learners to adopt a healthy lifestyle by learning:
1.yoga philosophy, history, development and cultural background
2. Yoga Sutras
3. Bhagavad Gita
4. Kriya and yoga practice
5. Advices and regulations of Asana through practicums

Level 3 Mastering Teaching Techniques

1.The relationship between yoga science and autonomous nervous system
2.Techniques of conducting advanced pose practices
3.Techniques and safety guidelines of adjusting asana
4.Diet and life values of practicing yoga and daily spiritual practice
5.Integrated training
After completing Level 3, learners are expected to:
a.demonstrate yoga poses and master the procedures of teaching yoga poses
b.teach learners to versatile yoga poses in a safe manner
c.enhance communication skills
d.nurture life-long habit of practicing yoga through theory and participation
Level 3 includes
1.Kundalini Prana
2.Shakti
3.The relationship between nadis and chakras and their uses
Learners are expected to acquire advanced practising asana through participation and micro teaching. Venues will be arranged for learners to practise to familiarize themselves with yoga knowledge and skills.
The course is divided into three levels. Learners must start from Level 1 before they are able to proceed to Levels 2 and 3. Upon completion of Levels 1 to 3, a 200-hour yoga instructor certificate will be conferred to course finishers.
The course is taught in Cantonese with teaching materials mainly in Chinese with Hindu terms.
